The programs address the underlying cause of trauma . The classes are a combination of powerful physical and mental exercises, breath work meditations and deep relaxation. These are designed to target areas of stored trauma and dysregulation.
I create a supportive and safe environment for your experience. Being a child of a Holocaust survivor has given me a great sensitivity to and an understanding of the experience of trauma. I have found that my yoga practice connects me to my inherent capacity for health, stability, joy and peace. I invite you to experience these possibilities for yourself.
