I instruct regular Kundalini Yoga classes and meditation, and therapeutic yoga programs for people with health conditions.
My special interest is health recovery from trauma and as a consequence I am enthusiastic to be offering a 10 week program of Kundalini yoga and meditation intended for all people who experience Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (P.T.S.D), no matter what the cause of trauma. I am providing opportunities for others to experience increased vitality and a rediscovery of natural rhythmic strength resulting improved physical, mental, and emotional well being.
I am a mother, artist and practicing yogi. I have many years experience supporting people in the field of the creative arts and social work.I am enthusiastic to share the many health benefits of yoga with you.
